We want you to keep what you buy because you like it — not because returning it is a hassle. Here's how it works.
A pre-order is just a reservation. Cancel any time before payment and there's nothing to refund — nothing was charged. Email us or just don't act on the payment instructions.
Changed your mind while we're still building? Tell us before the unit ships and we'll refund you in full.
If a unit arrives faulty or fails through no fault of yours, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it — your call. We cover shipping both ways on faults.
Send hardware back within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is on you, and we refund once the unit arrives back safely.
Plugins can't be "returned" once downloaded, so they're non-refundable — unless a build simply doesn't work and we can't fix it, in which case you get your money back.
